This is a fully structured class for children not yet reception age, that are independently following coach instruction and are at a stage of development they are able to be in the session without a parent/guardian.

Parents should still stay on site at the gym upstairs.

If your child has never done a session with us before you will need to book a trial session first to ensure they are settled and the class is suitable for them.
