Hi there and welcome to Croydon Gymnastics!

Firstly it is great to have you on board and take the step to your gymnastics journey with us, please read terms and conditions below:

We are open 48 weeks of the year and billing is split evenly each month as a year round subscription.

As the parent/guardian I understand that my daughter/son, as a member of Croydon Gymnastics Club is expected to adhere to the following rules. 

 

  1. My child will arrive wearing the club leotard for girls, or for boys’ shorts and leotard, with all jewellery removed and hair neatly tied back. Any additional tops should be removed after warm-up. 
  2. My child will have a water bottle with them in a secure bottle. This bottle should only contain water.  
  3. My child will arrive punctually for all training sessions (please arrive 5mins early so that we can start registering everyone and then take the children down in to the gym) 
  4. My child will be accompanied by and collected from the facility by an authorised adult. A letter of authority will be on file if I require them to leave the facility unaccompanied. 
  5. My child will ensure that their mobile phone is switched off throughout training and stored with the rest of their belongings. 

 

As the parent/guardian, I understand that I am expected to adhere to the following rules: 

  1. I will ensure that all fees are paid promptly on the 1st of each month. 
  2. I will give Croydon Gymnastics Club 1 months’ paid notice of my intention to leave the club in writing via email. This needs to be handed in between the 1st-5th of the month otherwise it will take effect from the following month.
  3. Croydon Gymnastics Club operates a Non-bullying policy and therefore if my daughter/son, after a full investigation is deemed to be the perpetrator of any bullying, they may be asked to leave the club. 
  4. If it is just a trial, trials are non refundable
