Our parent and child gymnastics classes are mainly structured, lead by a coach- with a parent or guardian there to encourage and guide their child through the session.
The session is 45 minutes long including a structured warm up and focus on at least one piece of apparatus with set skills, progressions or challenges, followed by some free time to let the children go on any of the other equipment that was not on the program of that week.
